Biography: Minister Symintha Radford was born July 30, in Logan, West Virginia. Minister Radford is a graduate of Logan High School in West Virginia and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Baker College where she received her B.B.A. degree.

She was blessed to born into a musical family, rich with talent, the word of God, and the anointing. At an early, she began writing and singing in the junior choir. She is a gifted vocalist and songwriter. She has a special love for praise and worship and enjoys having just plain old fashion church!

Under the leadership of Evangelist Rocine Jackson and the Original Glorious Church of God in Christ Apostolic Faith, she was well grounded in the word of God and brought up to love the Lord and serve the people of God. Her church family cultivated her gift by keeping her actively involved in every aspect of church ministry. At one point, she taught the Sunday school class at her own grade level while the really teacher was out. It was a common practice for the young people to hang out at the church, singing, writing songs, and then performing those songs for the next church service. At a very early age, she realized how much she loved prayer and having a close relationship with God. She also began to notice the spiritual gifts God had imparted into her life. She soon realized that she was a seer in the body of Christ.

At the age of 16, she realized that God had a special calling on her life. However, it would not be until the age of 22, that she acknowledged that call and later in life until she was free to do those things God had for her to do. She persevered through physical and emotional abuse and homelessness. God called her and her two beautiful children to Texas to heal, under the leadership of Bishop T.D. Jakes, a place where God blessed her with peace to pursue everything he had purposed for her life.

Over the years she has sang and opened for many gospel greats such as Shirley Caesar, Tramaine Hawkins, the late great Rev. Ernest Davis, the late Thomas Whitfield & Company, the Anointed Pace Sisters, The Potter’s House Mass Choir, Donnie McClurkin, and many others. She performed her first solo in 1985 as an invited guest in Las Vegas, Nevada, singing one of Tramaine Hawkins "Don't you be weary" and "Holy One". She sang with the State District choir under the direction of Minister Tony McGill, under the leadership of Bishop Charles E. Blake. She has performed as a praise and worship leader on "Atlanta Live" with Prophetess Deborah Sgroi, Atlanta, Ga. She appeared with the Potter's House Choir on the 2001 Stellar Awards. She is the winner of 2000 singles Talent Contest at the Potter's House. She is a two-time winner of the Edwards AFB Base wise talent contest. She sang background and lead vocals for Thomas E. Dudley and Harmonious Voices for Christ project "Hold to God's Unchanging Hand".

She is a Spinto Soprano. Often she is confused for an alto because she can effectively sing the lower register to the high register of the piano. She is an experienced teacher and preacher of the word of God. She often cites, "In order to sing the gospel, you must understand the word of God".

She is happily married to Christopher and the proud mother of five wonderful children.

She is currently working on a debut CD with Minister Thomas Dudley (Mr. Piano and the musical genius Mr. Calvin Austin both of Hampton, VA.
