| Description: I am a trained musician with a degree in Music from the Peabody Institute. I have chosen to devote my God given talents to performing and recording Christian Music. I compose or arrange all of the music that I have recorded on my CDs. I have recorded 4 CD projects to date, my most recent "Believe" which was released in August of 2004. | Biography: I have recorded 4 CD projects, the most recent one, "Believe" released in August of 2004. I frequently perform in Christian Book stores. Also, in concert, for other church events, such as banquets, retreats, prayer meetings, worship services, weddings, etc. Also for private events, such as anniversary parties, wedding receptions as well as private and charitable events in the community. In 2003, my CD Celebrate Christmas was listed in CCM Magazine as being the best Christmas Pick for 2003.My music is currently played on four Christian Internet stations. In JUly of 2005, I will be going into the studio to record a new Christmas project "It's Christmas." This project will include one original composition by Linda entitled "It's Christmas" as well as some of the most popular Contemporary Christian Christmas music. |

Linda Kazmarek has the gift. The gift of music. This gift of music she spreads is Gods love, and her tool and message is translated through her heart and her instrumental passion, namely the piano and organ. Linda has played the piano since the age of six, and by the age of 12 she dedicated herself full-time to the Christian service. Linda started by playing the piano in her church as well as singing in the choir. Linda graduated from the prestigious Peabody Institute where she received a degree in Music Education with her major in Piano and her minor in Voice. Her love for the music lead her to work in several churches and gave her many opportunities to perform at piano occasions. With the commitment of God strong in her heart she continued to excel in her life mission spreading her message through music and has produced and recorded four CD's at Omega Studio in Rockville MD. The first one "Jesus" is a Christmas CD and was released in October of 2000. In 2002, Linda recorded "Praise, Peace, and Promise." Linda continued working on her musical pieces and in 2003 she recorded her third CD entitled "Celebrate Christmas." In Linda's life quest of dedicating her music to God, she recorded her fourth CD with a different idea in mind. The CD entitled "Believe", is entirely instrumental, allowing her listener to truly feel God, and the music she is so passionately commands through the piano. Linda will be recording and releasing a new Christmas Project "It's Christmas" for the fall of 2005. This CD will include piano arrangements of some of the most popular Contemporary Christian Christmas music. Linda's music can be heard on her website at www.pianoforpraise.com. There, one can also find links to other stations where Linda's music can be heard. Her music is played on a number of Christian radio stations including 88.5 WTTU at Tennessee Tech in Cookesville Tennessee, as well as WFHD 91.3 in Bloomington Tennessee.
